    1. 1. Invented – Coca-Cola was invented in the late 19th century, by John S Pemberton, a pharmacist from Atlanta in the United States
    2. 2. Naming – The name Coca-Cola is derived from 2 of its ingredients, Kola nuts, and Coca leaves
    3. 3. Origins – Coca-Cola was originally intended to be an over the counter medicinal beverage; it claimed to cure many ailments, including indigestion, headaches, and impotence
    4. 4. Cocaine – When it was originally launched, Coca-Cola contained a significant amount of cocaine, it was removed in 1903
    5. 5. Spent Coca Leaves – Instead of fresh Coca leaves, Coca-Cola is now produced from "spent" Coca leaves, they contain hardly any cocaine at all
    6. 6. Variations – As well as standard Coca-Cola, other varieties have also been produced, including Diet Coke, Coke Zero, Cherry Coke, and Vanilla Coke
    7. 7. That Famous Bottle – The Coca-Cola contour bottle was introduced in 1916; it is one of the most recognized packages in the world
    8. 8. That Iconic Logo – The Coca-Cola name, and logo, was created by Frank Robinson in 1885, he was John Pemberton’s bookkeeper
    9. 9. New Coke – Which was made with a new recipe, was launched in 1985, it was a disaster and the original Coca-Cola formula was reintroduced within three months
    10. 10. Endorsements – Many celebrities have been associated with Coca-Cola over the years, including the world-famous pop star Michael Jackson
